My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was excellent, close to Downtown Naples and convenient for visiting family in the area. The room, although advertised as a deluxe room, fell short of expectations due to its noisy location facing the IHOP delivery entrance with constant truck traffic. The service was friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times for the price paid.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Naples Beach and the Everglades, with nice staff, but it was a bit tricky to find. The rooms are not as expected but the noise outside can be bothersome. The dining experience had some ants in the room but was close to restaurants. Overall an average stay with some ups and downs.

The hotel had a slight odour of cigarette smoke even though it's non-smoking; however, it was fully equipped with amenities and the rooms were pleasant, albeit a bit skimpy on towels. Unfortunately, the cleaning was delayed until late afternoon only after complaints, and the size of the rooms was too small. The service was courteous and professional, but there were issues with reservations being cancelled. It was great that they accommodated my special requests. The location was convenient near an IHOP and close to the beach and local spots, but some questionable individuals were present. The dining options were not the best, although there was a nearby iHop offering affordable breakfast. Overall, the hotel requires cleaning, but it is conveniently located, and the service was accommodating.
